ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A 16-year-old student at South Rowan High School was arrested after detectives say he sold drugs to an undercover officer.

Graham is charged with two counts of trafficking opiates by possession and two counts of trafficking opiates by sale, following an undercover operation in which police said Graham sold hydrocodone to an undercover officer on two separate dates.
