Fourth Street closing to accommodate crane

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Fourth Street will be closed between Patterson Avenue and Linden Street while a crane removes a walkway over the railroad tracks starting Monday.

Traffic heading eastbound on Fourth Street will have access to Vine Street and all other traffic will be detoured.

The City of Winston Salem said that the road will be closed for at least three weeks.
