Gunshots fired at occupied Greensboro home

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Police said nobody was injured after several gunshots were fired at an occupied Greensboro home Friday night.

The shooting was reported shortly after 10 p.m. at 202 Penn Place, according to police.

Officials said the 40-year-old home owner and 10 other occupants were at the house at the time, but nobody was injured.

Authorities said the shooting appears to have been in retaliation to an earlier altercation between some of the occupants and another group of people.

The investigation is ongoing. Complete descriptions of the suspects were not released.

    10 people live there. They did not mention any children so I will assume it is all adults. Is it some kind of boarding house?

      Occupants are not the same as residents. This happened on a Friday night. It could have been a birthday party, plain ol’ house party, or just a group of friends hanging out.
