TAMPA, Fla. -- So you think chivalry is dead? Don't say that to the guy who acts like a human chair.

It's one thing to give up your seat on a crowded bus or train, but it's another thing to become a human chair in a stuck elevator.

This photo shows 79-year-old Rita Young using 23-year-old Cesar Larios as a human chair.

Cesar was using the elevator to move a load for his company "College Hunks Hauling Junk", but this hunk ended up hauling more than junk when the elevator got stuck at Grand Court Senior Living in Tampa, Florida.

Rita began to panic, claustrophobic and unable to stand for the length of time it would take to be rescued.

"I told her to calm down and if she wanted to sit, she could sit on my back. She was kind of hesitant at first," recalls Cesar.

"I can hold you up to an hour, he said. I'm that strong," said Rita.

Just the memory makes Cesar smile. Rita sat on Cesar for about half an hour, until firefighters managed to open the door and saw this sight.

"I'd also like to thank his mother because she raised a really good boy," said Rita.

@ the FAKE “FaithC” why don’t you get your own name instead of being so yellow and using someone elses – You are a first-class coward – quite the bully behind the screen !

Did you ever think that there are some proper gentleman left on this planet? Along with some other kind hearted people. I know most of ya’ll aint kind like this guy but do you really have to be so stupid and also immature for the one comment “I wonder if she farted on him”? I would have done the same thing if I was strong like him. What was the last kind thing you did for someone?

I know this lady, shes very nice and kind. Shes a widow of a man who served in the Airforce for a long time and she lives here by herself without any family ( shes from Europe) and she had a fall and broke her hip and shoulder. Bless the guy who offered her to be a human chair. I will pray for you to succeed and you will be blessed more for your kindness.
