GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Millions of seniors are doing the smart thing and staying active -- hitting the gym, walking the trails and doing anything to keep moving.

Of course 75% of adults here in Davidson County are labeled by the health department as overweight to obese. That’s the same bunch that hates government and taxes, doesn’t save money, files social security disability at 50 to pay for diabetes treatment………and wants cheap health insurance.
