Burlington Easter egg hunt rescheduled for Sunday

BURLINGTON, N.C. – The city of Burlington has rescheduled its annual Easter egg hunt for Sunday.

The event was originally planned for Saturday, but is now planned for 6 p.m. Easter at North Park at 849 Sharpe Road in Burlington.

Organizers said the Easter Bunny will be there and people will have the chance to find four golden eggs, worth a $25 savings bond.

The event is free and open to the public. Participants are encouraged to bring Easter baskets.
