Missing 11-year-old found in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — An 11-year-old reported missing on Friday was found on Sunday, police said in a news release.

Mario Terrelle Love, Jr., was found in the custody of a family friend.

The father contacted police on April 11 around 6:45 p.m. after attempts to reach is son’s caretaker went unanswered.

Police issued a missing person alert on April 12.

Officers found the boy unharmed after interviews with acquaintances lead them to a home where he was being cared for by a family friend.
