Soon these accidents will be able to be prevented like never before in the history of lawn mowing. Visit to see how. There are over 250,000 lawn mowing accidents per year. Of those about 18,000 involve children. Around 650 to 800 children have amputations each year. This is our society’s problem when children are injured to this degree. The “parenting skills” comment above does nothing to prevent the next injury to a child from a lawn mower. That’s like telling everyone to just drive better so there won’t be any car accidents.
