PENNSYLVANIA — We’ve all seen the stickers of the stick figure family on a car.

But officials warn to be careful about what you post on your car because it’s information that can be seen by everyone, including burglars and child predators.

Police in Pennsylvania are concerned about what strangers could read into them. They say the sticks can reveal information about a family’s interests and situations, which could be used to rob or injure the family.

Even your parking permit could tell a criminal where and when you work and when you won’t be home.

Police just want people to be aware of the information strangers could use to their advantage.
