THOMASVILLE, N.C. -- A man convicted of going to different colleges and touching women’s feet has been arrested for touching feet at Davidson County Community College.

Christopher Jermain Deas, 38, of Asheboro, has been charged with two counts of assault on a female in connection to two different incidences reported at DCCC.

In both cases, authorities said the suspect was secretly rubbing the victims’ feet while under a desk.

The first incident in Davidson County allegedly happened March 18 and the second one on Thursday. Officials said the victims were both at least 18 years old at the time.

The suspect has been convicted of similar charges at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Police said he would go into classrooms and libraries and touch women’s feet.

Officials have said the suspect "is known to return to and frequent campuses." He has since been banned from UNCG.

I am a DCCC student and now I know to be on the lookout for him. I must say that it would have been nice if the college would have notified us instead of finding out from Fox 8.

Can’t believe I know this guy…I use to work with him at walmart…seem like a nice person to me…

The video is misleading, it does not show the actual place where the incident occurred but an area that is probably one of the safest places for students on campus to study and work.
