Lexington siblings face assault charges after fighting each other

LEXINGTON, N.C. — Siblings in Lexington were charged after deputies say they assaulted each other during a fight on Wednesday.

Deputies say the siblings had gotten into a fight and the brother hit the sister in the head with a cigarette rolling machine, causing a severe laceration.

Aaron Cody McIntyre, 20, of 2362 Greensboro St. Ext, Lexington, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

His sister, Brittney Nicole Williams, 23, of the same address, is charged with simple assault.

Deputies say Williams bit, slapped and attempted to choke her brother.

The brother and sister are in jail under a $10,000 bond.
