FOX8 is teaming up with the Guilford County Animal Shelter for the Spot Mobile Spay and Wellness clinic and the Guilford County Department of Public Health to host the annual rabies vaccination clinic at the FOX8 studios.

The Spot Mobile Spay and Wellness event will be held on Monday, April 14 through Wednesday, April 16. The clinic is open to all North Carolina residents.

Sign up for the clinic will begin Monday, April 7, 2013.

To sign up, please call 336-279-0563 or visit for more details.

The FOX8 Rabies Clinic is scheduled for two days; Wednesday, April 16, 2014, 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Thursday, April 17, 2014, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., at WGHP FOX8, 2005 Francis Street, High Point.

North Carolina law requires that all domestic pets, whether living inside or outside, age four months or older must be vaccinated against rabies.

The rabies vaccination will be $5 per shot for a one year vaccination. We will also provide a three year vaccination (providing proof of prior year vaccination is established) for $10. Cash and personal checks will be accepted.
