READING, Mass. – A group of firefighters in Massachusetts sang a Disney song to comfort a scared girl trapped in an elevator.

Four-year-old Kaelyn Kerr, her baby brother and mom got stuck in an elevator after it jammed. The only way to get them out, was up a ladder and over a wall.

Kaelyn started to get scared by the time firefighters arrived. They then started to talk to her about the Disney movie “Frozen” and ended up singing the movie’s theme song “Let It Go.”

The firefighters hit a high note for the young girl and her family. They knew she would know the song.

Watch them sing in the video above.

For a firefighter who is trying to rescue someone, keeping the person calm makes things safer for the rescuer as well as the rescuee… the fact that these guys sang a disney song to a 4 year old goes beyond calming and is really a sweet thing to do. You go guys!
