University of Virginia beats Duke, wins ACC Championship

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The University of Virginia beat Duke in a 72-63 win on Sunday, winning the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship.

Malcolm Brogdon scored 23 points for No. 6 Virginia as it claimed its first Atlantic Coast Conference tournament title since 1976.

Tournament MVP Joe Harris added 15 points for the Cavaliers and hit the backbreaking 3-pointer with less than two minutes.
