GREENSBORO, N.C. – Greensboro businesses are benefiting from people attending the ACC basketball tournament.

Last year, the ACC reported nearly 22,200 people attended the basketball games.

Area hotels like Biltmore Greensboro Hotel have been booked for months by fans all over the country.

"Always plan early, we have some of the same guys and gals that come in for the men’s and women’s that we see every single year and they make their reservations before they ever leave," said Biltmore Hotel Manager Brian Coleman.

Natty Greene's is hosting a Tourney Town Party at its brewery location on West Lee Street directly across from the coliseum.

Kayne Fisher with Natty Greene's says the party will showcase local music, craft beer, prizes and give the brand nationwide exposure.

"We're expanding our brand into Virginia, South Carolina and Maryland so what a perfect epicentre for that with the ACC tournament in town so people can get familiar with it that may not be," Fisher said.

Greensboro police will have 9-12 officers working around the clock to reroute traffic surrounding the coliseum.

Shuttle services are also available for fans for $5.

The shuttle will depart from Entry F at the Sheraton and drop off and return from the entrance to the ACC Hall of Champions at the Coliseum.
