One arrested, one sought in Summerfield burglary

SUMMERFIELD, N.C. — Police have arrested one suspect in connection with a Feb. 27 burglary and are still searching for a second suspect.

Investigators with the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office believe the two suspects are responsible for a felonious first degree burglary that occurred at a residence on Arcadia Trail in Summerfield on Feb. 27 at around 4:15 a.m.

Samantha Elexus Coble, 25, of Summerfield, was located and arrested by Rockingham County deputies on Wednesday and was placed in the Rockingham County Jail under a $30,000 secured bond.

Police are still searching for Donnie Ray Willard, 27, of Summerfield.
