RALEIGH — Four more people in North Carolina have died from flu-related complications, according to North Carolina health officials.

The numbers, which were released Thursday, brings the total number of deaths statewide to 85 dating back to November.

There have not been any flu-related deaths reported in the past week in Guilford, Alamance, Davidson or Rockingham counties.

Public health officials continue to urge those who have not been vaccinated yet to do so. Flu season can last well into April.
