Fitness trainers say most people don't have a clue how much they actually eat in a day.

They say if you need proof, keep a food journal by writing down everything you eat and drink to count up your calories.

As FOX8's Shannon Smith reports, it is now easier than ever to keep track of what you eat with a little help from your smartphone.
