Fitness trainers say most people don't have a clue how much they actually eat in a day.

They say if you need proof, keep a food journal by writing down everything you eat and drink to count up your calories.

As FOX8's Shannon Smith reports, it is now easier than ever to keep track of what you eat with a little help from your smartphone.

    oh, brother…just as easy to write it down…or use your brain to remember…as if most people are enormous only because they never had this app…pathetic
