CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WTVD) — Officials said Tuesday they are keeping an eye on the weather forecast ahead of the big Duke vs. UNC basketball game set for Wednesday night.

“We are monitoring the situation with the ACC. The league’s policy is that if the teams and officials can get to the site safely then the game should be played. No changes can be made until at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the game,” said UNC’s Steve Kirschner.

The game is scheduled for 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the Dean E. Smith Center in Chapel Hill.

It will be broadcast on ESPN.
