    That’s a good video. I’m always teaching clients about healthy foods and what to eat and avoid, and I’ve found that there are a few foods that are absolute musts for losing weight. Tuna being one of them, and leafy greens being another. Really low in calories and still tastes good and fills you up! You can see my 7 healthiest foods in a blog post I wrote:
