Suspect identified in robbery of 12-year-old after he missed bus in Burlington

BURLINGTON, N.C. — One of two suspects accused of robbing a 12-year-old boy on his way to school on Jan. 13 has been identified.

Police say Dennis Lee McGee, Jr., 24, of Burlington, has been accused of common law robbery in connection with the case.

McGee’s location is not currently known and police are seeking information about his whereabouts.

The second suspect in this incident has not been identified at this time.
