UPS finishes delivering backlog of holiday packages

UPS has finally finished delivering its backlog of holiday packages.

The company has promised to refund shipping costs to customers that didn’t get their deliveries in time for Christmas.

Both UPS and FedEx experienced delivery delays this holiday season.

FedEx has apologized for the delays, but hasn’t said what its refund policy will be.

Amazon is also giving shipment refunds and $20 gift cards to customers whose shipments arrived later.
