CASWELL COUNTY, N.C. — A man has been charged following a shooting the day after Christmas in Caswell County.

Officers responded to 1074 Newman Road, Pelham, where they found the victim, Harold Dennis Hall Jr., suffering from two gunshot wounds to the leg.

The victim was transported to Danville Regional Medical Center and then air-lifted to Bowman Grey Hospital for treatment.

Officers later found and arrested the suspect, Tony Cisneros, 29, of 800 Castalia St., Charlottesville, Va., on Dec. 28 after a standoff with police.

Cisneros was charged with attempted first degree murder and felony breaking and entering.

Cisneros will be extradited back to Caswell County on Monday for his first court appearance.
