Alamance Co. to consider incentives for Walmart distribution center

ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. — Alamance County Commissioners will hold a meeting Monday morning to consider incentives for a Walmart distribution center.

The public meeting is today at 9 a.m.

Commissioners are looking at $1 million to install water and sewer lines. Graham and Mebane have already approved incentives.

The new center will create 450 jobs.

Construction should start in the Spring of 2015.
