Robber left behind by accomplices at crime scene

Energy Mart in Hendersonville, N.C.

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. — Hendersonville police are trying to find a robber who got left behind at a crime scene last week.

According to WLOS, a man went into the Energy Mart wearing a mask and robbed a customer and clerk at knife point and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police say when the suspect left the store he was left in the parking lot by two other accomplices.

A customer called police after noticing three men in a white sedan parked in a dimly lit area of the parking lot prior to the robbery.

Police say they were unable to locate the suspects.

No one was injured in the robbery.
