Hoke County man accused of shooting at car

RED SPRINGS, N.C. — The Hoke County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Red Springs man with shooting a gun at a moving car on Thanksgiving, according to WTVD-TV.

Deputies said 22-year-old Joshua Buie fired a gun several times at the mother of his child after the two were involved in an argument.

He allegedly drove alongside her vehicle on Blue Springs Road just after 6 p.m. and fired the gun. Authorities said there were four adults and a child in the car at the time.

Buie was charged with three counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied moving vehicle. Deputies said more charges are pending.

    So this fine upstanding young man did not care at all if he killed any one of, or all of the people in that car. Nor did he care that he could have killed a child. I will assume his child. This is a piece of trash that never needs to be out of jail.
    I am sure after he does time for this it will be a short time before we see him in prison again. The only thing that bothers me about that is it will be on the tax payers dime.
