HIGH POINT, N.C. -- The "Tiger Woods of Special Olympics golf" did it again, tying for the top spot during the 2013 Fall Games of the Special Olympics in High Point earlier this month.

Skip Martin has dominated this event for more than a decade.

After his great run of nine straight state titles, Martin finished second the last two years -- each time by just one stroke -- and now has reclaimed the top spot.

He also has his sights set on the Special Olympics World Games in 2015 in Los Angeles.
