RALEIGH — N.C. State University Police announced Thursday they have arrested six people in the robbery and assault of a student in a campus parking lot Oct. 31.

School officials issued a Wolf Alert after the incident in the parking lot of E.S. King Village near the intersection of Gorman Street and Jackson Street.

WTVD reported that a male student said he was approached by six to seven males who assaulted him and took a cell phone and other personal items.

The investigation led police to six teenagers, three of them under the age of 16.

They face charges of robbery, assault and trespassing.
