On Nov. 15, downtown San Francisco will be transformed into Gotham City and Miles “Batkid” will get his chance.

Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a fictional breaking news story will appear on TV and the police chief will ask Miles and an adult Batman to help fight crime.

After rescuing a damsel-in-distress from the Hyde Street cable-car tracks in Nob Hill, then capturing the Riddler in the act of robbing a downtown vault, Miles will enjoy lunch at the Burger Bar, near Union Square.

Miles will even have access to his own batmobile.

The public is invited to come and help cheer Miles on.

The city is expecting hundreds of people to participate.
