Police offer reward for information leading to arrest in A&T shooting

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are now offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the subject who shot a man at N.C. A&T University last weekend.

On Saturday, officers responded to 1505 Bluford Street around 10 p.m. in reference to a shooting. Police found Devine Eatmon, 21, on the sidewalk suffering from serious injuries.

Eatmon was treated and released at Moses Cone Hospital.

University officials placed the university on lockdown for nearly an hour while police investigated.

Police are looking for multiple suspects in the shooting. They believe several people were in the area during the incident.
