Shot fired inside Greensboro restaurant, no injuries reported

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police said a shot was fired inside a Greensboro restaurant early Sunday morning, however no injuries were reported.

Officers responded to Mother Tuckers Eatery at 1624 Spring Garden Street around 1:20 a.m. after someone fired a single shot into the ceiling from inside the business.

There were numerous customers and employees inside the business at the time of the incident, but no one was injured or threatened.

Police said the suspect was described as a black male in his mid 20s, 5’10” to 6’2″, stocky build and weighting 230-255 pounds. He had dreadlocks that extended to his chest.
