This Friday on FOX8, the president of the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation will be talking about a new program which focuses on protecting children from predators.

The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation is a non-profit organization, founded in 2001 by baseball Hall of Famer Cal Ripken, Jr.

The Foundation helps to build character and teach critical life lessons to disadvantage young people living in America's distressed communities through baseball and softball programs.
