Surveillance of two suspects in convenience store robbery

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are looking for any information involving the whereabouts of two suspects in connection with a convenience store robbery Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to Great Stops Convenience store, 2410 E. Market St., Greensboro, around 6 a.m. Wednesday, in reference to an armed robbery.

According to reports two suspects entered the store and one suspect displayed a firearm and demanded money from the clerk.

After grabbing money from the cash register, the suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction of travel.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 336-373-1000 or text the keyword badboyz to 274637.

A cash reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of individuals involved.

    More gun crime in Greensboro. One of the reasons we no longer live there. You need to be armed to protect yourself just to enter that town.
