Man suffers injuries after drive-by shooting in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man was shot Sunday night while he was standing in front of a residence in Greensboro.

Greensboro police say Jose Ramon Lemus, 20, was standing in front of 1318 W. Meadowview Road, when someone shot him from a passing vehicle around 5:48 p.m.

The victim suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital for his injuries.

The suspects are described as three Hispanic males traveling in a burgundy vehicle.
