Power restored to Greensboro stop lights

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Power has been restored after stop lights went out on High Point Road from Florida Street to Farmington Drive on Thursday morning.

Duke Energy said that nearly 2,000 people were affected due to a tree branch on primary power lines.

Power had been restored around 11:15 a.m. Crews assisted with traffic during the outage.
