Winston-Salem pumpkin patch celebrates 35 years

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Maple Springs Pumpkin Patch is celebrating 35 years of pumpkins.

The pumpkin patch has been in operation since 1978, and is staffed by volunteers who donate over 620 hours each year, so that funds raised from sales can benefit Rooted Youth Ministry summer missions project.

To celebrate their anniversary, the patch is throwing a “Pumpkin Patch Palooza” on Saturday, October 26 from 5:00–7:00 p.m.
