GREENSBORO, N.C. — The state will force UNC-Greensboro to cut more than $6 million from its budget next year.

As a result, the school plans to eliminate 59 positions, including 31 faculty members.

Students will see a reduction in need based financial aid, as well as a cut back in on-campus student employment.

The cuts still have to be approved by the UNC General Administration.
