GREENSBORO, N.C. — City Council voted 7–2 on Tuesday evening in favor of eliminating the teen curfew.

The curfew was put in place in July after several disturbances involving teenagers broke out downtown.

Over the past several weeks, city leaders have been hearing from teenagers in a series of open forums trying to find out the kinds of events teens would like to see around the city.
