Forsyth County kicks off annual flu shot clinic

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Forsyth County Health Department kicked off its annual free flu clinic Tuesday.

Flu and Tdap shots will be given in Clinic 3 of the Health Dept at 799 N Highland Avenue during the following hours: from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Thursdays from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

The flu vaccine is recommended for everyone over the age of six months.

You can also receive a flu shot from your family doctor or your local health department.
