Drivers, survivors to paint wall pink at Charlotte Motor Speedway

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Dollar General drivers Matt Kenseth and Brian Vickers, NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Elliott Sadler, Fox Sports 1 motorsports analyst Hermie Sadler, breast cancer survivors, Charlotte Motor Speedway staff and media will paint the start/finish line and pit road wall pink to kick off National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The event will also preview the pink-themed Oct. 11 Dollar General 300, celebrate survivors and honor those fighting breast cancer.

Kenseth and Vickers will unveil new paint schemes and Dollar General will make a special check presentation to the Susan G. Komen Foundation to support breast cancer education and research. Lunch will be served at approximately 12:30 p.m. in the infield media center at the conclusion of the pit wall painting.
