WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Authorities said a man accused of shooting and killing two people in Washington D.C. earlier this year was arrested in Winston-Salem.

Kevin Antoine Walker, 38, was arrested by U.S. Marshalls at his uncle’s apartment at 100 S. Spruce St. around 9:30 a.m. Thursday, officials said.
