RANDLEMAN, N.C. — A Randleman man has claimed a $100,000 lottery prize.

N.C. Education Lottery officials say Patrick Stanley won the prize, which is worth $68,001 after taxes, playing the Black Onyx 7 game.

He purchased the winning ticket at the Level Cross BP on U.S. 220 Business North.

Stanley said he plans to use the winnings to buy a new truck and replace the roof of his home.

“We’ve been talking about doing that for a while,” Stanley said. “This will make it really easy. We may end up replacing the windows, too. I’m happy.”

Officials say one top prize is left in the Black Onyx 7 game.
