House fire reported in Winston-Salem

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Firefighters responded Monday morning to a house fire in Winston-Salem.

Battalion Chief Freddie Broome says the fire appears to have started in the kitchen of the home on Joshua Way Lane. He added that light smoke was visible when firefighters arrived.

No injuries have been reported.
