GRAHAM, N.C. — The city of Graham approved rezoning the old Oneida Mills site on West Harden St. this week.

A company based in Winston-Salem wants to turn the mill into downtown apartments.

Planning is still in the early stages, but the goal is to build at least 127 units.

The mill was constructed in the late 1800s, but has not been in use for more than 10 years.
