Labor Day is over, the summer is behind us, and for thousands of college and university students across the Piedmont, it's time to get to work.

For many, that work goes beyond going to class and studying--it also involves laying the framework to get a job after graduation.

Eric Melniczek, a Career Advisor at High Point University, is a recognized authority in that quest.

He's written a book on it, teaches classes about it and advises students on it.
