FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police said they’re looking for three suspects accused of kidnapping a man and then shooting and killing him when he tried to escape.

Police said 27-year-old Errol Williams, of Rockingham, was kidnapped and robbed from the parking lot of a Kangaroo convenience store on Bragg Boulevard.

Two of the suspects allegedly got into the victim’s car around 4:45 a.m. Sunday and forced him to drive off while a third man followed in a different vehicle.
