Portion of Governmental Plaza named for Guilford County soldier killed in Iraq

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- In a special ceremony on Friday, Guilford County named the western end of Governmental Plaza for Specialist David E. Hickman, who was killed in an IED attack in Baghdad in 2011.

The space will memorialize all the Guilford County service members who died in Iraq and Afghanistan.
