WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Police have released a composite sketch of a man wanted in the shooting death of a CrossFit instructor who was shot dead during a gym session earlier this week, according to WFTV.

Richard Millsap, 33, was shot dead Monday at CrossFit Mosaic in Winter Garden when a man wearing hat and sunglasses entered a fitness room and fired two shots at Millsap.

Millsap died at the scene.

Eight people were training in the gym at the time of the shooting. One of them chased the shooter, who jumped into a waiting car.

“Whoever the killer was walked into the gym, said, ‘Nobody move,’ walked up to Richard and shot him dead,” Mosaic Community Church member Jerry Phillips told WFTV. “Shot him twice and walked out and there was a getaway car, so it was an assassination.”

Millsap’s wife wrote on Facebook:

“This is very overwhelming but it’s amazing to have such a community of support in Crossfit… For him, Crossfit meant “getting fit to carry the cross”… And he was perfect when God rested his soul.”
