ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police arrested a man who was selling crack cocaine out of a baby stroller while his infant son was inside late Monday, The Herald of Rock Hill reports.

Police said an anonymous tip led them to State Street, near a park, where an officer on patrol saw Charles Rhinehart, 38, standing in front of a house.

According to the report, authorities received another tip that Rhinehart was carrying a gun, and using a baby stroller to store the crack cocaine he was selling. His infant son was also inside the stroller.

Police arrested Rhinehart and searched the stroller where they found a rock of crack cocaine wrapped in brown paper underneath his cell phone. Police also found “freshly” crushed crack cocaine rocks under the ground where he was arrested.
