A judge has tossed out a portion of a lawsuit filed against Paula Deen by one of her former employees.

The lawsuit was brought by Lisa Jackson, who claimed the celebrity chef and her brother engaged in sexual harassment and racism at Deen’s Georgia restaurant.

The judge overseeing the case stated on Monday that Jackson has no standing to sue Deen for what she claims was poor treatment of black workers.

Despite the judge’s decision, much damage has already been done to Deen’s career. After she admitted to using racial slurs in the past, Deen was dropped from The Food Network and numerous other corporate sponsors.
